Exchange and Return Policies

Our team will instruct you on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product.

Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that it meets the return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and you may choose between the following options:

  2. Receive a refund for the amount spent on the products.
