We do everything we can to leave you satisfied, but unfortunately, things don't always go as expected, as there are situations that do not directly depend on us, given that we work with different partners such as suppliers and couriers.

We don't want to make excuses for any shortcomings on our part, but we also want to make you aware of our reality and how we resolve issues. We work every day to improve our services and act quickly when problems arise related to product malfunctions or delays in the delivery of orders on the expected date. For example, our team immediately contacts our suppliers or couriers to resolve our customers' issues. If you received your order and wish to return a product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email: suporte@trendgstore.com for assistance.

Please note that you have a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the product to contact us, except in cases involving product warranties. We will follow up on the return process, and you will receive the necessary information by email to proceed with sending the item to our warehouse.

All return requests are carefully reviewed, and we follow up on all possible cases. In the event of an issue, a member of our team will contact you to obtain any necessary clarification. Our technical department plays a very important role and aims to be a privileged point of contact where you can ask all your questions. Exchange and refund requests are resolved within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouse. Our colleagues in this department operate with great transparency, sending a report with their observations upon completion of the process.
